tingling in both hands fingertips

I fell hard on the ice and both hands have been tingling since.

Hello Laurie,
The fact that it's in the hands suggests an injury to one or more of the nerves probably in the wrist region.
If it includes the pinkie, then it's more than one nerve. The median nerve supplies fingers 1 to 4.

I would recommend the carpal tunnel exercises and should pain start in the forearm, shoulder or neck see a local chiropractor. Without a careful thorough examination it's hard to be sure where the irritation is.
