Pain from old lumbar fractures

by Donald
(Maghull uk.)

Fractures to L3 and L4 lumbar back joints causing severe pain.

Occurred late 1970’s in Road Traffic Collision (I was an on duty police officer)
Tried all sorts of treatments without much success.

Hello Donald,
Stuff happens, eh. Sorry to hear about this. My best suggestion is a disciplined set of exercises done faithfully every morning in bed before arising; taking just a few minutes and perhaps a few times during the day too.

Every doctor has his favourites and one size doesn't fit all. You will find some at Chiropractic Help.
