My name is Kathy. I have been in pain for 27 years. My pain is in my teeth, nose and palate. I also have constant headache. I have been to every specialist known to medicine, had multiple procedures, injections, accupuncture, accupressure, myofascial release, prolotherapy and too many other things to mention. I have spent close to $15,000 for bite guards and been on close to 100 different meds. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING worked. Of course depression and despair have also been a pain partner.

One month ago I read an article about C0-C1 and the referred pain pattern. I was ELATED. Finally something that I had not tried.
I made an appointment with a wonderful Upper Cervical Chiropractor and got my first adjustment. It didn't feel like she did anything and my heart sank. I cried when I left thinking that I had reached yet another dead end, but NOW, two weeks later, I am feeling changes. My teeth hurt less and I can breathe through my nose. My headache has gone from an 8 down to a 4. I am so hopeful, so very optimistic.

Thank you for sharing your lovely story. The sensory nucleus of the trigeminal nerve is located in the upper neck which is why there is such a strong neurologically based link between the jaw, sinuses and facial pain and the cervical spine.

Ask her to check your jaw joints too if they hurt or click.
