i am having problem of l5-S1 EXTRUSION AND L4-5 BULGE HAVING PAIN IN LOWER BACK WHILE SEATING
HAVING PAIN WHILE SEATING FRO LONG IN THE LOWER BACK ALSO HAVING PAIN WHILE BENDING FORWARD NUMBNESS IN THE LEFT HIP.
Many lower back conditions cause pain whilst sitting. Avoid sitting as much as you can, especially in deep and "comfortable" chairs.
At C-H you'll find some lower back exercises. Do them faithfully every morning before getting out of bed. They often make a big difference
Don't bend forwards. Rather go down on ONE knee if picking something off the floor.
