from the middle to the tip of my right hand ring finger turns white, numb, tingling when I am in reclining position

Being a NURSE, when I noticed my right hand only the ring finger from the middle of it to the tip turns white, numb and tingling when I'm sitting in a reclining position. It goes away when I sit straight up in a chair or stand. I have osteoarthritis and Sept. 2014 at 57 years old I had a TKR left one. Now, on july 17, 2015 I am having a THR on my right hip due to severe pain. What's the problem with my finger now?

Most likely Reynard's syndrome.
