Everyone is welcome! We are a family based practice in Menlyn Pretoria. Dr Sindi Ludik has a special interest in paediatrics and pregnancy related conditions. She is one of a few chiropractors in South Africa that has completed a paediatric course from the Anglo Euopean Chiropractic College. I have worked at many sporting events (rugby, cycling, running, tennis, polo, cricket, etc.)

I aim to exceed your expectations as health care providers. My personalised service together with the friendly, relaxed and vibrant atmosphere will make you feel comfortable and cared for from your first visit. Expect us to take your problems seriously and spend the required time finding the right solution for you.

We aim to restore normal function and alignment by using adjustments, flexion distraction or mobilisation techniques. Soft tissue techniques such as dry needling, massage, heat/cold therapy, strapping, stretching techniques, etc. are often used as complementary treatment techniques for symptomatic relief.

Your chiropractor will work out a treatment plan that is as gentle and cost effective as possible.
