Pain in upper legs.

What shall I do? What could be the causes?

My upper legs really hurt when I go to bed. I was thinking may be I am tired because of the job. But from the last few days,my legs hurt more. I can't go sleep till midnight, took pain killers.

Who shall I go and see regarding this pain?

To give an intelligent answer I need a lot more information. Where in your upper legs? When did it start? Does walking hurt, and what aggravates it, other than night pain? Does anything relieve the pain? Your age. What is your job? Anything else you think may be relevant.
A good thorough examination is in order. Your GP perhaps, or a Chiropractor you've heard is thorough.
