head aches on the right back part of my brain

ok when i cough even a little it hurts like someone is punching me in the back of the head.

I would start with a good medical examination. Coughing increases the pressure in the various systems of the body, for example a sign of a slipped disc in the lower back.

Within your skull... good to rule out aneurisms and other such medical conditions.
