Sore knee after spinal adjustment?

This is the craziest. I had a rather extensive adjustment with the activator and the next morning had pain and swelling in my right knee. There was no injury. No previous problem. Saw physical therapist at work who stretched hamstring, iced and wrapped knee and provided a cane and said knee may need to be drained. Related?

You can relax on that score; definitely unrelated. My initial thought is that your knee may have been bumped hard against the table with a lumbar roll, but that wouldn't have happened with an activator treatment.

I'm not sure either.
