Pain when sitting down or standing up

My lower back, it feels like the bottom spine bone, hurts, sharp pain, when sitting down or standing up. Once I'm up, the pain goes away. Once I'm down, the pain is bearable.

Hello Wannabe,
This is known in chiropractic jargon as Minor's sign. It simply says there is something going on in your lower back that needs attention.

The coccyx needs to be considered too.

See a local chiropractor, and start some gentle back exercises. Ice is good on your lower back for about 20 to 30 minutes.
