Flaxseeds raw ground were part of my daily diet as was soy and soy protein and phytoestrogens, broccoli, veggies, apples... Mostly a vegetarian with few years of fish, eggs, chicken breast or cheese. May want to update your website as now I am told limit soy, dont eat raw flax (also bad for thyroid - raw) limit chickpeas and other phytoestrogens... since both ER PR positive.

I think I answered this; did you get my reply? I see a fair amount of opinion but no research confirming what you say. Cutting all the phytoestrogens in your diet I consider to be highly dangerous, and virtually impossible anyway, unless you are on a meat and potatoes diet.
