Had a bad ankle sprain possibly affecting calf, groins and back!!!

I had a bad ankle sprain on my right football, and now I believe it had affected my calf, groin, hamstring to be consistently tight. I just want to know what I can do, because i play football and want to know the quickest way I can recover from this. Everytime I do a jog I feel tightness in the upper region of my groin near the pelvic bone. Please I need help!!
