Groin pain.

by Rebecca
(West shokan, ny)

I have pain in my left groin, but when I walk too much it radiates to my right inner thigh as numbness and tingling.

I have a pinched nerve in my c7 vertebrae of my neck. Could this pinch be causing all my other pain?

They are quite unrelated, Rebecca.

Lie on your back and pull your left knee to the chest, to the opposite shoulder, make a circle with you knee, and then let it drop into the lotus position. Remember what you feel.

Now repeat with the naughty leg. What's the difference?

How old are you?

Do you have a family history of hip disease?
