Can't put weight on my ankle
While practising karate, I kicked my opponent's knee with my ankle region. It's been 5 days. While walking, I experience a little pain and can't walk for too long. Should I stop exerting my ankle by walking too much? If there are any exercises I could do at home to get better, it would be of great help.
What's needed is a diagnosis of the injury; if it's resolving of itself, then fine, just be careful for a bit because the pain goes away faster than it heals.
