Both of my hands go numb and have severe pain; feels like they are in fire from the elbow to the finger tips in both of my hands.

I do have carpal-tunnel syndrome in both hands but when my dog went after a squirrel it threw me up in the air and I landed on my back; 3 days later my both right and left arms from my elbows to my finger tips on both my right and left arms feel pain and numbness and feel like they are on fire. I have severe problems with my neck and upper back but these problems never happened till the problems never occurred till after the fall! Neck doctors says it is my hands, hand doctor says it is my hands. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hello Michael,
It's most unlikely that the impingement in the wrists would cause you neck pain; rather, the research is now suggesting that most carpal tunnel cases have their origin in the cervical spine or thoracic outlet.

Mostly likely the fall simply aggravated what was already brewing in the neck.

You do also get pain in the pinkie? And, does raising your arms above your head bring relief, or increase the pain and tingling in your hands?

I can't help you, but your local chiropractor can!
