I hurt my foot at netball training the other night and I jumped for the ball and landed on my left foot weirdly and it rolled and I heard cracking noises. It's the 2nd day and I still can't put much weight on it. Is this normal?
You need an xray of your ankle; it's not impossible that you have a fracture and neglected it becomes arthritic and very disabling. See your doctor or chiropractor. Tomorrow.
Meantime, use crutches or at least a stick, ice it, keep it elevated and if you know how strap it.
