what can tingling in arms and legs and face, but not in hands and feet

What could a diagnosis be for tingling in your arms and legs and occasional numbness in your face, but no tingling in hands and feet. All blood tests, Ct scans, MRI's, nerve conduction studies have been normal. Only thing is mild bulging disc in neck. Have been going to PT with no change in tingling.

Any thoughts?

Mm, I'm frankly not sure. It's very rare for a bulge in the neck to affect the legs. And would probably go to the feet as well.

Diabetes has been ruled out I presume.

No neck or back pain? Then I'd think of seeing a chiropractor.

Perhaps start with some B complex injections.
