Tinglings in hands down to palm.

I have suffering from tingling like millions of needles poking into my arms & hands whenever i sleep on my back. X-rays shows I have degenerative scoliosis. Even the use of 5cm thickness Visco-elastic mattress topper do not help. In fact, my left back aches when I woke up. My appetite, functions of my body is normal. I my younger days, I was diagnosed with scoliosis but was discharged then. The tingling goes away whenever I wake up or not lying on my back. FYI : I used to have neck pain but now, no more as I using the memory pilliow Hello Mr San, Most likely there is impingement of one of the lower neck nerve roots, or possibily an irritation in the Inter Scalene triangle. Along with scoliosis there is likely more arthritis too in your neck, so that could be affecting the nerve roots. Take your X-rays with you and consult a chiropractor in your neighbourhood.
