My face and left arm are tingling.

Hello Regina,

Best you start by consulting your physician. Is it a heart condition?

Thereafter there are a multitude of possible causes of your tingling. A jaw condition, a first rib or lower neck problem.

Once your GP has cleared you of a heart condition, see a competent conscientious chiropractor - ask friends and even your doctor.
