Tingling sensation in right arm up to the neck...
by Eve
(MD)
Sometimes I'm unable to bend the fingers (no numbness experienced)
This issue has been going on for some years now but the pain intensified after a fall off a bike. I am a 52 year old female. Do you think I need a scan or x-ray or both?
The pain is constant but gets more or less painful during the day. It hurts when I try to itch my back. And I have to sleep with my hand straight because it hurts more when I bend it at the elbow.

Whenever you have a health condition that you KNOW is not getting better, then it's better to do something sooner than later. After two years....
I would suggest you start with a chiropractic examination. Your chiropractor will tell you if you need to be X-rayed, and what X-rays are needed.
From your description it's not really clear what the problem is. An examination is needed. Soon...
Meantime, try to decide exactly which part of your arm tingles, what aggravates it, what relieves...
