C6 and C7 dermatomes

C6 and C7 dermatomes

TINGLING IN ARMS AND HANDS

i have pins and needles and very tender to touch tricep have this for few days now and seems to come and go not sure what it is please help!!

Hello,
It's not absolutely certain what is happening. The C7 dermatome could well be affected, hence the tingling in your middle finger.

And the triceps is the most frequently affected muscle in the arm.

However, you make no mention of neck pain. Does turning to the right and looking up cause pain or tingling in the arm.

Check out a page called Slipped Disc Arm pain at C-H.
