tingling in right hand

7 weeks ago woke up with pain in both shoulders to find it difficult getting dressed. This has lasted without respite and is worse on waking. Pain killers don't stop then pain. Can you advise please.

Pain and stiffness in both shoulders, tingling in the right hand. Mm, there are various possibilities. Knowing which fingers would narrow the options.

Also, do you have pain in the neck, and does turning your head to the right, and then looking up cause pain?
