tingling in left hand and ring finger is numb

Tingling in arms and hands.

My ring finger went numb one day and all tingley tried to ingrore it

the next day my whole hand is numb and tingly mainly my ring finger i get like an electric shock through my finger and hand sometimes up my arm

if i use my hand it has been three days now and just dont understand it.... i dont know if this could have anything to do with it but i have had pain in my left shoulder daily for over a year and by after noon its pretty painfull not shure if that had something to do with whats going on..

Yes, that pain in your shoulder is very significant. I take it you have seen your doctor about the pain in your shoulder. What was his/her diagnosis and recommended treatment?

It's obviously impossible to make a diagnosis without an examination, but the fact that your whole hand was affected, and it's now mainly on the outer side of the hand, points to a problem in the "thoracic outlet".

The most common cause of this condition is a subluxation of the first rib, though there are other causes.

It is often the underlying cause of pain in the shoulder, and produces tingling in all the fingers, though more on the outer side of the hand.

Ask your doctor for the name of an experienced chiropractor in your area. An X-ray of your neck is essential and, if you are a smoker, of the lungs.
