Tingling in forearms and toes

by YASHWANTH
(HYDERABAD)

I am suffering this problem of tingling in forearms and toes whenever I fold any of them . from past six months this is suffering me . I consulted neurologist he checked and with a test and verified as nothing.

I AM SCARED. PLS HELP ME OUT

Hello Yashwanth,
Don't be scared of the future. Most of the bad things we are terrified of never actually occur. Rather live each day for itself. One day there will be bad news about our health, but there's no point dwelling on it now!

It's good that the neurologist found nothing. Believe him, he's probably right.

I would start exercising more regularly, and perhaps ask for a couple of B12 injections. They sting!

How is your cholesterol? If it's raised, then you must change your diet. It could be that your arteries are clogged. Smoker?

Get a bicycle.
