Tingling in arms and hands
Hi,
I have had tingling in my left arm for about 2-1/2 weeks now. It occurs quite often, especially if my arm rests on something. I think I pulled something because the back of my shoulder of that (left) arm hurts and feels bruised. It may have been while I was boxing with my Wii Fit.
I talked to a Chiropractor who suggested ice. She said an inflammation needs ice, not heat. The ice did nothing. So, I tried heat, which usually works for me. It has helped a little.
Should I be concerned? I'm assuming it will go away soon?
Could you please be specific - where in your arm do you get the tingling?
Do you have any neck pain? Do you movements of your neck cause neck pain or tingling in the arm?
Does stretching out your arm to the left, and tilting your head to the right increase the tingling?
Does placing your hand on your head increase, or relieve the tingling.
Answer these, and we'll go further...
