Tingling in arms and hands and legs

Hello!

I have tingling and weak arms and legs the past two weeks. I also had back, neck and shoulder pain. I never had good sleep the last two weeks.

I checked with the doctor everything. I don't have any other health issues, they told me my neck and shoulder pain can caused my arms and legs problem. They recommended physiotherapy and massage therapy. I will start this week.

I don't know how much will help me. do you have other idea what else i can do?

I also see from health store for tingling and restless legs capsule supplement.Do you think that may be help too? the supplement is Restless legs support.they told me it is made up of vegetables and it contain potassium and magnesium. Please give me some advise.

Thank you!!

Hello Saba,
I think it best you go along with your doctor's suggestions for a few weeks. But if you don't get relief in say two weeks, then I recommend you go back to your doctor, and discuss whether seeing a chiropractor would be beneficial.

Toronto has one of the best chiropractic colleges in the world, CMCC, so you could enquire there too.
