Tingling and weakness ( have trouble holding a glass of water ) on my right side

Tingling and weakness (I have trouble holding a glass of water) on my right side from my jaw down my right arm to my finger tips -- then down my right leg to my toes ??
NO PAIN --- JUST TINGLING AND NUMBNESS.
Hello Jim,
It's not a tremor whilst holding a glass? Just a weak feeling, as though the glass will drop?
This needs careful assessment. The fact that it goes down to your leg means that it is "central" in nature. In other words, not a pinched nerve in the neck.
There are chiropractors who have a specialty neurological qualification (ask your MO Chiropractic Association). Alternatively it may be best to start with a neurologist.
That doesn't mean that it's not treatable, or help-able with Chiropractic, but the initial diagnosis needs to be made.
I hope this has contributed.
Oh, and I'd starting taking fish omega-3 oil. Good stuff anyway, but it does contribute to various neurological and arthritic conditions.
