tingling and pain in feet and hands

I have been having tingling and pain in my hands and feet for about a week my blood pressures is fine but it is still worrying me I'm just 18 so I don't think its my heart but what else could it be?

Mm... if it's in both hands and both feet, I would start with a test for diabetes. Thereafter a test for B12 deficiency anemia, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Frankly, there are a host of conditions that could cause this. If it continues for another two weeks then a careful and thorough exam is called for.

What's your lifestyle like? Exercise regularly? Overweight? Plenty of healthy food? Or a junky?
