shoulder/ arm pain ache /sore

by John
(NYC)

ARM PAIN

Hello!

My deep deep muscle ache started in the left upper back, just by the shoulder blade, and the left lat below the armpit. That lasted for 2-3 days. Hello John,
You have some knowledge of anatomy so I'm assuming you're into weight training, or something similar. Correct?
There are a lot of structures in this area. It can be a radiation from the neck, or rib problem, or a muscle problem if you are at the gym.

Then one two days ago one spot in my left tricep started to have a deep ache, and felt like I have a bruise there. That too could be muscular if you are working out, but the triceps is a favourite target for a problem in the neck. An ache is typical of nerve irritation at the C7 level.

Later that day, I felt like I had forearm tendonitis, and slight tingling from forearm to pinky. But that only happened once or twice. That tingling is certainly suggestive of a nerve irritation. It could be a nerve root, but sometimes in the "scalene triangle" as the brachial plexus passes over the first rib. Type "Thoracic Outlet syndrome" into the Search this site facillity at C-H.

Today, my right arm has the deep achey soreness feeling. But its more the bicep than the tricep on the right side. Worrying that it is now starting in the other arm.

Also, once or twice, I felt it in my ringfinger knuckle today. (The deep ache). If it's only in the knuckle could be arthritis.

Thanks for your time!

YOU NEED A GOOD THOROUGH CHIROPRACTIC EXAM TO MAKE A DIAGNOSIS AND GET IT FIXED.

I hope this contributes.
