shaking fingers of hand

Sir I used to drink heavily for last 5 years.Till now everything was OK. But in last four months I drank to very high extent without eating too much. Now in last 4-5 days I'm feeling shakiness in my fingures of both hands. I m facing a lot of difficulty in writing. Even typing is un-easy as my fingures are shaking. Is it due to weakness? i have also lost a 6KG weight in these four months. Important to inform u here that i have faced a lot of stress during last 5 months due to personal tensions. Sir plz guide me in a right direction. Thanks. Best Regards Sibin Hello Sibin, Face the pain and the stress squarely in the face, Sibin. Hiding from the pain behind alcohol, or any other way, and it just won't go away. Face it with all your courage and strength, and do what you have to do.
You are almost certainly suffering from quite serious malnutrition. When you substitue alcohol for food, you will very soon suffer from serious mineral, vitamin, protein and fatty acid deficiencies.
So do something, or quite soon you will die. I'm not exaggerating.
Step no. 1: Face the pain like a man.
Step no. 2: Force yourself to swallow a glass of water between every drink.
Step no. 3: Ask you doctor for a series of B vitamin injections.
Step no. 4: Start to eat some fruit and salads, some of the healthy oils like fish oil, olive oil or avocado oil, every day.
Step no. 5: Start eating some protein every day. Perhaps chickpeas, lentils, fish or chicken.
Say your prayers. Perhaps that should be no. 1. With the help of Almighty God you can do this. Alcohol makes a good servant, but a very wicked master.
I hope this has helped. Thank you for your question. The mere fact that you asked shows you are already on the road to recovery.
Blessings. I will remember you in my prayers to Jesus.
