pins and needles in arm and face

I am 25 year old female. I started having symptoms like numbness and tingling in my right arm and left side of the face and also some swollen in my right arm

and then there was like pins and needles sensation that spread through my legs to my arms and face and it lasted for 3 days now

and I was wondering could this be related to a heart issue knowing that my mother , uncle and grand ma suffered from heart diseases .

other thing two years ago i had a car accident it hit me in the left back side of my body.I was wondering that would have something related to a nerve problem or something because since then every now and then i feel sever pain in my leg like I just had the accident.

I don't know where to start looking should I go chardio or neuro. please help

I was start with your GP and do it today. If your arm is actually swollen, then we need to be sure that you don't have a clot in the arm. It's not common, but it is serious. TODAY.

These symptoms are so diverse: Left face, right arm, legs ... that a careful clinical examination is needed. It's probably several different conditions... your left jaw joint perhaps, your right lower neck (or an embolus) and a lower back condition.

How is your overall health? Blood pressure? Weight? Exercise? Eating your mandatory five colours per day? Apple, tomato, celery, broccoli, butternut... are you eating them?
