herniated discs L3 & L4, partial sacralisation L5,fusing at lower spine, lateral view shows minimal anterior lipping at lower lumbar vertebrae, defects at the laminae of L3 & L4, arthritis-type? Hello Sandra, With such generalised pain, yes, one needs to consider a systemic condition such as arthritis, not the wear and tear type that you obviously also have. Your weight? Lamina defects are not common, and I'm not sure what is meant by that. You've presumably had extensive medical advice. Is it perhaps time to consult a chiropractor?
I believe everyone, that includes me, and you too should be doing our Chiropractic Help basic lower back exercises EVERY morning before arising. That alone will help, but obviously you need more... a good chiropractic examination is the beginning.
