Lower back pain coupled with right leg becoming numb, MRI says mild diffuse disc bulges with propensity

I have pain in the lower back and right leg, and am not able to sit.

Hello Sujit,
Sorry about your affliction.

I need a lot more details in order to be helpful. When did it start, which part of your leg hurts, does bending forwards, backwards, sideways hurt?

It sounds like you are suffering from leg pain sciatica but it could be the femoral nerve depending on what part of your leg hurts.

It's good that have only diffuse disc bulges. So I would recommend you follow these

slipped disc rules to the letter. Do the exercises, don't sit or bend, be careful and give nature a chance.

I don't know if there are any chiropractors in Delhi. Ask your doctor.

Good luck.
