By all means use the pic. I don't own it.

Most folk block a graphic if they don't want it copied, either by making it very small or defacing it with their logo. The web is largely considered open domain today, though I don't copy any content. Only some graphics.

Love to see your article, thank in anticipation.

Thanks for the compliments about the site. Been a lot of hard work, but also a lot of fun, and I've personally learned so much...

Perhaps best of all, is that I use it as teaching and explaining tool for patients. They are able to get a much better grasp of their problem.
