left hand mostly and forearm sometimes numb not to bad left leg also same thing

what can be causing this .My neck is sore shoulders also. muscle in glutes sore feels like pulled my back but not server. ''what can i do?

I need to know which fingers and which part of your arm feels numb. Seeing that you have pain in the neck, it's mostly coming from there. Does turning your head, and simultaneously looking up, cause tingling in your arm?
