crawling wormlike sensation at the tip of the forefinger sometimes C-5 AND C-6 DISC

by Ajita
(Bangalore)

Sir, I am a cervical Spondylitis patient with c-5 and c-6 disc prolapse .had severe right hand pain in January 2010 and underwent physiotherapy and the pain finally disappeared after traction, treatment was for two weeks. Now, i experienced a crawling worm like sensation at the tip of my forefinger for three days.numbness of fingers happens occasionally at night which i have got used to but i could not figure out the crawling sensation which lasted for three days.i would be extremely grateful if you could guide or advise me please.

Hello Ajita,
You can be well pleased with the effectiveness of your treatment eighteen months ago.

If this crawling sensation is only for three days, then I'd just be careful with your neck, and particular don't carry anything heavy in your right hand for a month. Don't look up to the ceiling, and turn less to the right.

If that funny sensation lasts more than a week, then I recommend you go back to THE SAME THERAPIST who treated you last time. Not the same practice, the same person.
