Both my Pinkys go crazy

by Jason
(Menifee, CA)

Thoracic outlet syndrome

Thoracic outlet syndrome

When I put my head back all the way my pinkies cramp up and go crazy. What gives?

Extension of the neck closes down the foramena where the nerves escape from the spine on the way to your arm. The solution is not to put your head all the way back!

Seriously, do you also have neck pain and discomfort? Then it's time for a careful and thorough examiation by your local chiropractor.

It could also be a problem with the first rib - two muscles called the scalenes get tight, pinching the nerve bundles on the way to the arm. It's called Thoracic Outlet syndrome.

I hope this contributes.
