aching and tingling

hi,

At first my thumbs were tingling the last couple days. It's now moved to my hands and arms and my feet and legs and it's driving me crazy.

It was just at night but now it's all day long.

What could cause it? and what can I do to help it?

Frankly I'm not sure. It will take a thorough and careful examination, possibly some blood tests and even an MRI to make the diagnosis.

The fact that it's affecting both your arms and legs suggests that it is "central" in nature, meaning it's not likely to be a pinched nerve in the neck or back.

It could also be "metabolic", a condition such as diabetes or a B12 deficiency and, very occasionally, a condition high in the neck. And I suspect a host of other things.

A consultation with your medical doctor and perhaps a neurologist is called for. Let me know the result...
